Welcome to our official launch of the Hacking Your Health Podcast. Our goal with this podcast is to bring a central point for people to learn everything about fitness, nutrition, mindset, business, day-to-day life, and more. The podcast is run by Ben Canning, a personal trainer that trains both men and women to hit their desired goals, and David Kennedy, a cyber security expert and CEO/founder of TrustedSec and Binary Defense.
This podcast really came from our desire to share our successes and the successes of others to others that are struggling to fix their health. Our format will evolve as the podcast evolves but our goal is to get people on who have transformed themselves as well as experts in the field and to provide everyone with the right knowledge on what they can do in their lives.
We love fitness, we love nutrition, but most importantly, we love chatting with each other in a no-bullshit-free zone and discuss what anyone can accomplish.
